Welcome to Asquith FC for 2026!

Welcome to Asquith FC – The Friendly Club. We’re proud to welcome you as you join our club for the 2026 season and become part of one of the most welcoming and vibrant football communities in the area.

Asquith FC is the fastest-growing club locally, with our membership having more than doubled over the past 12 years. This strong and sustainable growth, together with being recognised in 2025 with the NSFA Player Retention Award, reflects what we value most: providing a safe, friendly and inclusive environment where players of all ages and abilities can enjoy football, build confidence and form lasting friendships.

Before you continue, please note the following important information regarding registration fees.

The fees listed below relate to Asquith FC club fees only. Please note that governing body fees charged by Football Australia (FA), Football NSW (FNSW) and the Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA) are not included in the fee schedule below and are payable separately as part of the PlayFootball registration process.
These governing body fees for 2026 are:
12 years and under: $69.50
13 years to 18 years: $78.50
19 years and over: $181.00

Whether you’re new to football or returning for another season, our coaches and volunteers are here to help make the experience positive, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.

For our youngest players, Under 6 to Under 11 MiniRoos, Asquith FC focuses on creating a fun and welcoming introduction to football. Our aim is simple – to help children develop a genuine love of the game while playing alongside their friends in a positive team environment.

For players who would like to challenge themselves further, Asquith FC offers clear development pathways, including Academy teams competing in the Junior Development League (JDL) and structured skills development programs that support long-term player growth.

Asquith FC has seen strong and continued growth in female participation in recent years and now proudly fields multiple female teams at each stage of the game, with multiple teams in Sapphires, Youth and Senior competitions. This reflects our ongoing commitment to providing inclusive and supportive football opportunities for girls and women at every stage of their football journey.

Our strong community extends right through to senior football. In 2025, Asquith FC was the largest senior club in the area, further highlighting the depth, stability and connection within our club.

To help make football accessible for everybody, Asquith FC works hard to keep registration fees as low as possible. In the majority of age groups, our fees remain the lowest in the area, while continuing to deliver a high-quality football experience.

As a community-run club, Asquith FC is powered by dedicated volunteers who care deeply about creating a positive football environment built on respect, sportsmanship and enjoyment of the game, both on and off the field.

Terms and conditions

  • Asquith Football Club Registration Terms and Conditions

    By registering a player with Asquith Football Club (“Asquith FC”) via the PlayFootball and Majestri registration systems, the registrant (player and/or parent/guardian) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of registration.

    These Terms and Conditions incorporate and summarise the Asquith FC Registration Refund Policy and Code of Conduct. The full and current versions of these policies are available on the Asquith FC website and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

    1. Governing Body Policies
    Asquith FC is affiliated with and bound by the rules, regulations, by-laws, policies and procedures of Football Australia, Football NSW and the Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA).
    All players, parents/guardians and participants agree to be bound by these governing body policies as a condition of registration.

    Where there is any inconsistency or conflict between an Asquith FC policy and a policy of Football Australia, Football NSW or NSFA, the policy of the governing body will prevail.

    2. Registration Fees
    Registration fees may include an Asquith FC Club fee component and fees payable to Football Australia, Football NSW and NSFA.

    Governing body fees are set externally and are not controlled by Asquith FC.

    3. Refund Policy (Summary)
        • Deregistration requests received prior to midnight on 31 March may be eligible for a refund of the Asquith FC Club fee component, less a $50 administration fee.
        • Deregistration requests received after 31 March may result in full forfeiture of the Asquith FC Club fee component. Any refund after this date is discretionary and not guaranteed.
        • Refunds of fees payable to affiliated governing bodies are subject to the policies and approval of those bodies and cannot be guaranteed by Asquith FC.
        • All deregistration and refund requests must be submitted via the PlayFootball and Majestri registration systems and in writing.
        • All deregistration and refund requests require approval by two Asquith FC committee members.
        • No refund will be provided where deregistration occurs due to disciplinary action or a breach of the Club’s Code of Conduct or applicable competition rules.
        • Active Kids Vouchers are non-refundable and subject to program guidelines.

    Registrants are responsible for reviewing the full Registration Refund Policy available on the Asquith FC website before registering.

    4. Code of Conduct (Summary)
        • Play by the laws of the game and show respect to match officials.
        • No abuse of match officials, coaches, players or spectators.
        • Display good sportsmanship and treat all participants with dignity and respect.
        • Follow reasonable instructions from coaches and club officials.
        • Maintain responsible behaviour in person and online, including refraining from posting commentary about the Club, NSFA or opposition clubs on social or electronic media.

    Breaches of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or deregistration.

    5. Acceptance of Terms
    By completing a registration through the PlayFootball and Majestri registration systems, the registrant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, acknowledge the Refund Policy and Code of Conduct, agree to be bound by all applicable Club and governing body policies, and accept that participation is conditional on ongoing compliance.
